Terms of use

This is a translation of the French terms, provided for convenience. Gameday is published in France and governed by French law: in case of any difference, the French version is the one that applies.

The service

Gameday is a tool for football clubs: playbook, learning, video, practice plans, call-ins, depth chart, admin tracking, team chat and a swap meet between members. It is published by Nexflow (Arthur Cissac). The service is provided as is; we do our best to keep it available and reliable, without any guarantee of uninterrupted operation.

Your account

  • One account per person, with accurate information. You are responsible for what is done with your account: keep your password to yourself.
  • A player under 15 signs up with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You can delete your account at any time from the app.

What you post

  • The messages, photos, comments and listings you post remain yours. You only allow us to show them to the members of your club, which is the point of the app.
  • No illegal, hateful, harassing or sexual content, and nothing that harms someone. No content you don't hold the rights to. Your club's staff can remove any content they find out of place; we can suspend an account in case of abuse.
  • The swap meet connects members of the same club. The sale happens between you, outside the app: we take no part in payment, delivery, or any dispute.

The playbook

Plays, boards and assignments belong to the club that creates them. They are meant for that club's members: don't share them outside it.

Videos

  • Videos uploaded by the staff belong to the club. Nexflow hosts them on the club's behalf and uses them for nothing else.
  • The staff decides who sees them: the staff only, or the whole team. They can download them at any time. Like the playbook, they are meant for the club's members only.
  • A highlight reel belongs to whoever makes it. If they share it by link, anyone with the link can watch it, until they turn sharing off. If they leave the team, they keep their reel, read-only, as long as the club keeps the videos it is made of.

The club's subscription: terms of sale

Gameday is provided to clubs by subscription, taken out by a staff member on the club's behalf and paid by the club. The seller is Nexflow (Arthur Cissac, sole proprietor): see the legal notice.

  • Plans and prices. Two plans, Base, and Video which adds the video module, each billed monthly or yearly. The subscription covers every squad of the club and all their members. Prices are shown when subscribing and include all taxes: VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French Tax Code.
  • Payment. Through our payment provider Stripe, with the methods offered when subscribing, then at each renewal. An invoice is issued for every payment.
  • Term and renewal. There is no commitment: the subscription renews automatically at each renewal date (every month or every year) until it is canceled. It can be canceled at any time from the club's billing area and ends at the end of the period already paid, with no prorated refund.
  • Failed payment. If a payment fails, access stays open for seven days after the end of the paid period, to sort it out; the staff area is then suspended.
  • Club buying as a business. Any late payment incurs penalties at three times the French legal interest rate and a fixed €40 collection fee (Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code).
  • End of the subscription. Without an active subscription, the staff area is suspended; players keep access to their content. Videos are deleted 30 days after the Video plan ends: the staff can download them during that time. The club's other data is kept for six months after the subscription ends, then deleted.
