Terms of use

This is a translation of the French terms, provided for convenience. Gameday is published in France and governed by French law: in case of any difference, the French version is the one that applies.

The service

Gameday is a tool for football clubs: playbook, learning, call-ins, depth chart, team chat and a swap meet between members. It is published by Nexflow (Arthur Cissac). The service is provided as is; we do our best to keep it available and reliable, without any guarantee of uninterrupted operation.

Your account

  • One account per person, with accurate information. You are responsible for what is done with your account: keep your password to yourself.
  • A player under 15 signs up with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You can delete your account at any time from the app.

What you post

  • The messages, photos and listings you post remain yours. You only allow us to show them to the members of your club, which is the point of the app.
  • No illegal, hateful, harassing or sexual content, and nothing that harms someone. No content you don't hold the rights to. Your club's staff can remove any content they find out of place; we can suspend an account in case of abuse.
  • The swap meet connects members of the same club. The sale happens between you, outside the app: we take no part in payment, delivery, or any dispute.

The playbook

Plays, boards and assignments belong to the club that creates them. They are meant for that club's members: don't share them outside it.

The club's subscription

Gameday is provided to clubs by subscription, taken out by a staff member on the club's behalf and paid by the club. The subscription covers every squad of the club and all of their members. There is no minimum term: it can be canceled at any time and ends when the period already paid for runs out, with no prorated refund. Pricing is shown at the time of purchase. Without an active subscription, the staff workspace is suspended; players keep access to their content. The club's data is kept for six months after the subscription ends, then deleted.
